Hi, I’m Rachel! With over 12 years of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals through the areas of their lives that are challenging, distressing, or in transition.
My practice is based in relational, psychodynamic and strengths-based theoretical orientations. I also integrate narrative therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and feminist therapy approaches to enrich and empower the existing resilience in each client. I have specialized experience in working with transgender and queer individuals and provide affirming, nonjudgmental therapy for all folks from age 4 to 54.
Each session provides an opportunity for strength, self-awareness, and self-compassion, and I strive to provide a supportive and holding environment for such growth to be possible. Everyone deserves space to be curious about themselves.
While my practice is specialized to provide non-pathologizing and affirming therapy for queer and trans individuals, I welcome clients of all gender identities and orientations.
Individual Session Fees: $180
Couple/Family Session Fees: $220

Hi, I’m Kristen! I am an eclectic therapist, often pulling from relational, play, narrative, DBT, CBT, and various other therapeutic approaches. I offer therapy for individuals across the lifespan and I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I practice sex therapy with individuals and couples who have survived sexual violence or trauma (including religious trauma). I specialize in working with neurodivergence, disability, LGBTQ+, chronic illness, trauma, depression, and anxiety.
My therapy practice is rooted in respect, autonomy, safety, and my style is very relaxed; I like to be comfortable in my environment and encourage my clients to be comfortable as well! As a therapist, I recognize disability as human diversity and validate systemic barriers. I am fat-positive and sex positive,a little silly/goofy, and passionate about play and expression across the lifespan.
